DTC (Digital Time Clock) will not communicate to the bus during an upgrade

When the DTC firmware is being upgraded, it will not communicate to the bus. Schedules will be inactive and relays will be in timer mode. Once the upgrade is successful, the DTC will regain control over the bus and reinitiate the schedule depending on time of day. One must reconnect to the system after the upgrade to verify if the upgrade was successful.

If the upgrade process was interrupted due to a loss of connection, the same process may be repeated to complete the upgrade. Otherwise, the DTC will stay in upload mode indefinitely.

A DTC that is stuck in upload mode will slow down the system, and cause the relays that have timers to be in timer mode until a successful upgrade has been completed.
