The nSP5 PCD phase dimming power packs have internal thermal protection that could cause lights to cycle on/off. If the thermal protection overheats, the lights will shut off to protect the equipment. If this is happening, check the following:
- Check to make sure the load isn't exceeded the specified maximum load on the product data sheet
- Verify that there is sufficient air flow around the power pack, which allows for the heat sink to adequately dissipate any heat build up.
- Verify that the space around the power pack is not heating up to 110 degrees F or higher
