Line Voltage Sensors: Do The Sensors Work With 230V 50Hz or 220V 60Hz (common in Europe)?

Standard line voltage products work between 120-277VAC for powering and switching one phase. As long as the 220 and 230VAC is single phase these products should work fine. If you power them from 50Hz all the timers need to be multiplied by 1.2, i.e., if a time delay is set to ten minutes, it is really 12 minutes.

As for low voltage products, again, assuming single phase, you can power the power pack from the 277VAC leads using the available 220 or 230VAC, but you start to limit the capacity of the transformer, meaning you will not be able to power as many sensors. We offer this solution to customers who have 240VAC available, but we do not recommend using 220VAC with low voltage products.
